Unpaid caregivers are one of healthcare’s
great unknowns. They are many in number, with over 44 million providing unpaid
support last year in the US alone and are growing in importance as they hold
the key to insight into the complexities of the real-world patient experience.
This insight has massive potential for improving outcomes – with potential benefits ranging from improved trial recruitment, retention, and engagement, through to wearable and service design and evidence generation for regulatory assessment. Yet the caregiver’s role in delivering patient care is often underappreciated - their insight overlooked. It’s time this ended.
In this webinar our Chronically Simple product leads will sit on a panel with experts from Ipsen, Ovid Therapeutics and EMD Serono, to explore how to design Patient Support Programmes (PSPs) that are also caregiver-centric. We will redefine existing co-creation best practice and outline key capability and engagement changes needed to deliver value and insights.
Join us to:
- Gain a 360-degree view of treatment delivery by mapping how the caregiver role evolves and varies over time into PSP design
- Deliver on caregiver centricity: co-create tools that beat caregiver burnout and reduce care burden to ensure continuity of care
- Use caregiver insights and iterative design processes to demystify the complexity of care delivery for better patient outcomes
We’re just at the start of a new relationship. Let’s make sure it lasts.
