I am writing to express my thanks and to share what the Innomar team has done and achieved supporting my dad. He just celebrated his 90th birthday, welcomed 4 great grandchildren and attended our son’s wedding. You have no idea how grateful we are for the help of Innomar! Your work is important and appreciated!

Putting the patient first

Consistency

Creating an outstanding patient experience starts with removing barriers to care so patients can focus on what matters most — their health. We deliver care consistently across locations through standardized training, consistent clinical practices and quality controls, and clear documentation that supports visibility and communication across the continuum of care. Our approach is supported by ongoing quality improvement and internal audits. ISO 9001:2015 certification reinforces our commitment to consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Safety

Patient safety is our highest priority. We implement and audit safety protocols consistently and rigorously nationwide. All nurses in our network are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and participate in risk mitigation programs to support safe, reliable care.

Expertise

Our nurses complete extensive, program- and product-specific training — including adverse event training — before working on any new program. Regional nurse educators and leaders provide ongoing education to build and maintain expertise across the network, helping ensure patients receive the same high standard of care regardless of where they are treated. They are experienced in administering complex specialty medications and biologics and monitoring patients throughout treatment. Our nurses are specially trained to support pediatric patients and their families in a comfortable and supportive way.

For some patients, traveling to a clinic can be difficult. That’s why we offer homecare support when travel is not feasible or when patients have complex needs. Our field nurses provide the same standard of service and treatment patients receive in Innomar Clinics, in the comfort of their own home. When appropriate, care may also be delivered in other settings such as work or school to help patients maintain routine and normalcy.
