Corporate Citizenship
Helping people isn't just what we do. It's who we are.
Helping patients, their families, our neighbors and our communities is part of our DNA. We believe that together, we can make far greater strides than any one of us can alone. We are part of a movement to inspire hope and create healthier futures for everyone.
Caring for our communities
Whether offering paid volunteer time off, supporting internal fundraising efforts or making corporate donations, we pride ourselves on the many ways we give back to our communities. We focus on three pillars of giving: Organizations in therapeutic areas such oncology, immunology and rare disease; causes that inspire our associates; and charities in our community. At every level of our organization, from our founders to our newest members, giving back is a part of who we are.
We're building a house
In the past 2 years, over 400 associates donated 3,200 hours toward building a house with Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga. We’re excited to pass the keys to this house over to a deserving family in the Halton Region. Together, we are building a healthier future.
We're running for the cure
Since 2016, associates and their families
from across Canada have participated in the annual Run for the Cure. Together
we’ve helped raise almost $45,000 for breast cancer research, proving that when
our associates are passionate about a cause, there's no finish line we can't
cross.
Big Brothers. Big Sisters. Big change.
What's better than celebrating our associates and donating to charity? Letting them choose where those donations go! This year, the winner of our associate vote was Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Helping kids ROCK
Service is rooted in our culture. When the Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) in Burlington asked us for help, we coordinated a food drive, collected clothing donations and adopted 13 families to make their holiday wishes come true. We were even able to help a child whose only wish was access to speech therapy. Because it's not just about the changes we can see at that moment. It's about the changes we can make over a lifetime.
Building better communities
For years, our Montreal offices have supported the Old Brewery Mission in their commitment to help the homeless. We’ve donated clothes, toys, food and household items. When we all work together, we build a better community for everyone.
Show your Rare
Innomar is a strong supporter of the Canadian Organization for Rare Disorders (CORD). Through our annual sponsorship and activities around Rare Disease Day in February, patients dealing with rare diseases feel our support.
A Wellspring of support
We know how important it is to have a circle of care when you’re diagnosed with cancer. Innomar Strategies and Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation collaborate to provide supportive cancer care programming and information to people living with cancer.
