Andrea has held various leadership roles at Innomar in the last 15 years. In her current role she leads a team of over 20 dedicated associates who are focused on ensuring the organization executes with excellence. Andrea joined Innomar in 2006 to launch its first infusion program.  During her time at Innomar, Andrea has led the Nursing, Clinics and Scheduling Team and also guided its Business Transformation efforts. In 2011, Andrea was on the team that launched HealthForward. Andrea is a champion of collaboration, effective communication to enable teams and organizational excellence.

Before joining Innomar, Andrea held a number of operational roles and various organizations, focusing on logistics, inventory analysis and change management. In all roles, she led large teams to ensure business objectives were met. In organizations, she has been an advocate of the front-line associate and effective change management.

Andrea has a Diploma in Journalism and Broadcast Journalism. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
