With nearly two decades of experience spanning consulting, engineering, and enterprise transformation, Chitra has built and led high-performing global teams across North America and Europe. Prior to joining Cencora, she was a Partner in Data & AI consulting, where she advised organizations on large-scale technology modernization, AI implementation, data platforms, and operational transformation.

Chitra began her career as a software engineer and has since grown into a recognized leader in AI and emerging technologies, known for bridging deep technical execution with business strategy. She has led multidisciplinary engineering and data science teams delivering cutting-edge AI solutions across industries, with a strong focus on practical implementation and measurable business outcomes.

A frequent speaker and panelist, Chitra is passionate about building responsible technology solutions and mentoring the next generation of technology leaders. She is also a Reuters Trailblazing Woman award nominee recognized for her leadership and impact in technology.
